The top talent base is reached by proactively rating freelancers who are registered with the platform. So Lancechain gradually creates a comprehensive database in which the freelancers are categorized. In addition to the proactive categorization of freelancers, Lancechain offers the opportunity for users to be certified and to demonstrate certain skills. Dispute resolution in case of contract problems
